SPARKLE FLUX EZR-02T is developed for use lead-free soldering of printed circuit boards. This flux is a no clean type flux with 2% solid content for soldering machine. This flux provides high wettability and reliability, and suitable for chip mounted boards.

EZR-02T can be applied by spray, foam. In the case of foam, An air knife after the flux tank is recommended to remove excess flux from the circuit board and prevent dripping on the preheater surface.

- This flux contains a highly flammable solvent. The flux must not be used near open flames or near non-flameproof electrical equipment.
