Our Process of Selection and Placement
In this process, all applications are examined and where it is not appropriate candidates for a position sought by AssemCorp during the application process are recorded in the candidate pool. Experience and candidate selection is made in interviews with observed when personal competencies related vacancies occur.
After preliminary discussions carried out by the Human Resources Department, the candidate is interviewed by the relevant department manager. Depending on the nature of the position candidates are subjected to tests in English and character analysis tests.
Our candidates are evaluated positively during the last meeting with the Managing Director.
