HumiSeal®️ 1B73 is a single-component, fast-drying acrylic conformal coating designed for use on PCBs. It is also available as pre-mixed products in various viscosity ranges, making it suitable for a wide variety of application methods without the need for additional dilution. Once fully cured, the properties of HumiSeal®️ 1B73 are similar to those of its ready-to-use versions.

Typical Properties of HumiSeal®️ 1B73 and Ready-to-Use Products in Cured State
Recommended coating thickness: 25–75 microns
Recommended curing conditions: 24 hours at room temperature or 2 hours at 76°C
Time required to achieve optimal properties: 7 days
Recommended remover: HumiSeal®️ Stripper 1080
Thermal shock (50 cycles according to MIL-I-46058C): -65°C to 125°C
Substrate cleanliness is extremely important for the successful application of conformal coatings. Surfaces must be free from moisture, dirt, oils, flux residues, and all other contaminants. Contaminants beneath the coating may lead to issues that can cause assembly failures.
Store in tightly sealed containers, away from excessive heat or cold. HumiSeal®️ products can be stored at temperatures between 0°C and 35°C. Before use, allow the product to reach ambient temperature (18°C to 32°C) for 24 hours.
