HumiSeal®️ 1B73 LED PB 25 CPS is a single-component, fast-drying acrylic conformal coating designed for use on LED/sign printed circuit assemblies. It is characterized by higher optical clarity and greater resistance to sunlight compared to standard conformal coatings. It exhibits excellent flexibility and electrical properties. Compliant with RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU.

Shelf life at room temperature from date of manufacture: 12 months
Thermal shock (50 cycles according to MIL-I-46058C): -65°C to 125°C
Substrate cleanliness is extremely important for the successful application of conformal coatings. Surfaces must be free from moisture, dirt, oils, flux residues, and all other contaminants. Contaminants beneath the coating may lead to issues that can cause assembly failures.
HumiSeal®️ 1B73 LED PB 25 CPS is specially thinned to a ready-to-use viscosity. No additional dilution is required. For further recommendations regarding pre-mixes and equipment, please contact us.
Store in tightly sealed containers, away from excessive heat or cold. HumiSeal®️ products can be stored at temperatures between 0°C and 35°C. Before use, allow the product to reach ambient temperature (18°C to 32°C) for 24 hours.
