HumiSeal®️ Stripper 1063 is an acid-free, non-destructive remover designed to dissolve cured HumiSeal®️ polyurethane coatings without damaging printed circuit board substrates or components. HumiSeal®️ Stripper 1063 is fully compliant with RoHS Directive EU 2015/863.

HumiSeal®️ Stripper 1063 can be safely used on copper, gold, silver, or nickel platings; amine-cured epoxies; diallyl phthalate; neoprene; phenolic resins; polyethylene; Teflon; Kynar; and most vinyl-coated wires. However, it will attack anhydride-cured epoxies and some magnet wire coatings.
Instructions for Use
• Immerse the part in HumiSeal®️ Stripper 1063
• Allow it to soak for 60 minutes
• Remove loosened residues from the part using a brush
• Clean the part with IPA, demineralized water, or another suitable cleaning solution
• Inspect the assembly to ensure the coating has been completely removed
• If coating remains on the assembly, repeat the above steps
• After the final cleaning process, oven-dry at 60–65°C for at least 30 minutes
Heating is not required for use; however, applying heat between 40–45°C may improve stripping efficiency.
Precautions for Use
HumiSeal®️ Stripper 1063 is flammable, and the following standard safety precautions should be observed:
• Use only in well-ventilated areas
• Wear protective gloves and safety goggles
• In case of prolonged skin contact, wash with water
• In case of eye contact, rinse first with water, then with a diluted boric acid solution and seek medical attention
• Avoid prolonged inhalation of vapors
• Unused portions of HumiSeal®️ products must be disposed of in accordance with all applicable environmental regulations
