HumiSeal®️ 1B51NSLUD-50 is an air-drying, single-component synthetic rubber conformal coating. Thanks to its unique base polymer, it offers extremely low moisture vapor permeability. This coating provides excellent flexibility, exerts low stress on components, fluoresces under UV light for easy inspection, and is easily repairable. It is supplied pre-thinned and is suitable for use with selective coating equipment, requiring no additional dilution. Fully compliant with RoHS Directive 2015/863/EU.

Substrate cleanliness is extremely important for the successful application of conformal coatings. Surfaces must be free from moisture, dirt, oils, flux residues, and all other contaminants. Contaminants beneath the coating may lead to issues that can cause assembly failures.
Store in tightly sealed containers, away from excessive heat or cold. HumiSeal®️ products can be stored at temperatures between 0°C and 35°C. Before use, allow the product to reach ambient temperature (18°C to 32°C) for 24 hours.
