What are the reasons of bridging?

Are apertures larger than pads?
Is there any space between stencil and the PCB?
Is stencil thicker than 0.150 mm?
Is stencil damaged?
Is the green dye thicker or thinner than the pads?
Are ther any solder masks, stickers and etc. near bridging?
Are tin coated pads smooth?
Is the viscosity of the solder paste too low? (metal ratio less than 89%)
Is printing area wet and hot?
Is squeegee wear down?
Is squeegee soft? (less than 90 shores)
Is squeegee pressure too high? (more than 2kg per 100 mm0)
Is printing misaligned?

3.Elek 0.150 mm’den kalın mı?
4.Elek zarar görmüş mü?
5.Kartlardaki yeşil boya adalardan daha kalın veya daha mı ince?
6.Kısa devre olmuş bölgelerin yakınında lehim maskesi veya işaret mürekkebi, etiket ve benzeri malzeme kalmış mı?
7.Adaların kalay kaplaması fazlaca düzensiz mi?
8.Lehimin viskozitesi aşırı mı düşük? (yani metal oranı %89 dan düşük)
9.Baskı alanı nemli veya sıcak mı?
10.Ragleler aşınmış mı?
11.Ragleler yumuşak mı? (yani 90 shore’dan düşük)
12.Ragle basıncı çok mu yüksek? (yani 100 mm genişlik için 2 kg’dan fazla)
13.Baskı yanlış mı hizalanmış?
