HumiSeal®️ 1B18 is a single-component, fast-drying acrylic conformal coating designed for use on printed circuit boards. It exhibits excellent flexibility and electrical properties, fluoresces under UV light for easy inspection, and is easily repairable. It is compliant with RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC and approved under UL File Number E105698.

Substrate cleanliness is extremely important for the successful application of conformal coatings. Surfaces must be free from moisture, dirt, oils, flux residues, and all other contaminants. Contaminants beneath the coating may lead to issues that can cause assembly failures.
Store in tightly sealed containers, away from excessive heat or cold. HumiSeal®️ products can be stored at temperatures between 0°C and 35°C. Before use, allow the product to reach ambient temperature (18°C to 32°C) for 24 hours.
