The ALMAX In-Line Fully Automatic Testing System is a fully automated, in-line test solution designed for PCB production lines. Supporting ICT (In-Circuit Test) and optional FCT (Functional Circuit Test) integration, the system delivers high efficiency and consistency in post-production testing processes.

With its automatic board-loading conveyor and press unit, manual intervention is minimized, enabling stable and repeatable test results in mass-production environments.

Fully Automatic In-Line Test Architecture

The ALMAX system can be directly integrated into production lines with:

  • Automatic board-feeding press unit
  • In-line ICT test architecture
  • Optional FCT integration

When used with ICT, the system operates as a fully automatic in-line test station.

Its PC-controlled mechanical design without PLC reduces system complexity while offering a cost advantage.

Stable Press Mechanism

The ALMAX press unit features a 5-shaft press structure, which:

  • Reduces uneven load distribution
  • Helps prevent probe pin contact errors
  • Ensures more stable and reliable test contacts

This design maintains test reliability during long-term production.

The ALMAX system is designed to accommodate a wide range of PCB sizes and configurations:

Board positioning is achieved using fixed guide pins and precision alignment holes.
