The QUICK W2020 Selective Soldering Machine is a compact selective soldering solution designed for multi-product and small- to medium-batch production environments. With its single-pot configuration, it integrates fluxing, top hot-air preheating, and bottom N₂ preheating modules into a single platform.

Thanks to its compact footprint, the system can be easily integrated into space-constrained production lines without compromising process control or soldering quality.

Compact Design and Integrated Process Structure

The QUICK W2020 integrates the following modules within a single frame:

  • Flux spray
  • Top hot-air preheating
  • Bottom N₂ preheating
  • Single-pot soldering

This integrated architecture is designed to deliver a stable and well-controlled selective soldering process.

The system supports PCB sizes up to 405 × 405 mm, making it suitable for a wide range of board formats.

User-Friendly Software and Programming

The QUICK W2020 software interface allows soldering paths to be defined directly on PCB images. This enables a programming process that is:

  • Highly efficient

Programming can be performed online or offline, using image-based methods or Gerber files, providing flexibility for different production workflows.

Controlled Fluxing and Preheating

The system uses a micro-pot flux spray method, enabling dot and line applications. A minimum spray width of 2 mm helps reduce ionic contamination on the PCB.

Flux flow and liquid level monitoring features support continuous process stability. Preheating temperature can be monitored both through the system and via independent third-party monitoring, ensuring safe and stable thermal control.

Stable Soldering Process

During the soldering process, the system provides:

  • Solder temperature monitoring
  • Wave peak height monitoring
  • Continuous nitrogen (N₂) protection throughout the entire process

These features help improve solderability and ensure consistent solder joint quality.

The system uses an electromagnetic pump. With no mechanically moving parts, this design provides:

  • Constant flow
  • Stable temperature
  • Consistent wave height

As a result, maintenance requirements are reduced.

Conveyor and Line Integration

The QUICK W2020 supports seamless integration into production lines with the following features:

  • SMEMA-compliant in-line communication
  • Adjustable conveyor width: 70–405 mm
  • Top clearance: 100 mm
  • Bottom clearance: 60 mm
  • Track load capacity: 20 kg

These specifications allow compatibility with a wide range of production line configurations.
